  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and 5-7 years of progressively responsible healthcare management experience may be considered.
  • Experience in physician practice management strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of physician practice operations, healthcare finance, budgeting, and revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct operational oversight for assigned physician practices, ensuring achievement of organizational objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop, administer, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets; implement initiatives to achieve financial and operational performance targets.
  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate Practice Managers and other administrative leaders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure compliance with organizational expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Physician Billing Services and clinical leadership to optimize revenue cycle performance, improve charge capture, and maximize reimbursement opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison among physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, staff, and executive leadership.
  • Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and operational efficiency initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
