To oversee and manage the operations of the Maintenance, Engineering, Communications, Bio-Medical, Security, Valet and Front Desk as well as maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to all A.H.J issues and codes. To also oversee and act as hospital liaison for all construction projects and maintain current on all issues of joint commission compliance. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Education
High School Diploma.
Bachelor Degree Preferred
Minimum Experience
Minimum 5 years hospital experience.
Knowledge of codes and regulations as it pertains to hospitals.
Physical Requirements
Frequently required to survey construction sites. OSHA Category III.
