Position Summary Responsible for pharmacy operations in acute care facilities.

Education/Training Pharmacy degree (Bachelor or PharmD) is required.
Licensure/Certification Must be licensed by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (renewed every two years) or must obtain license within 6 months of hire, and be licensed by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy as a consultant Pharmacist.
Experience Three (3) years of experience in hospital pharmacy with experience in management or supervision required.
Must command thorough knowledge of hospital management practices and pharmacy laws.
