Job summary

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree required; PharmD or BS preferred.
• 2+ years pharmacy management experience or completion of PGY-2 residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all pharmacy services at Wilson Memorial Hospital.
• Ensure safe, effective medication use and formulary management.
• Lead pharmacy staff including managers, pharmacists, technicians, and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, USP, BOP, and state/federal laws.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, contracts, and cost-containment initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to advance patient care, quality and safety.
