Responsibilities include leading patient safety and risk management programs, regulatory readiness, event review, root-cause analysis, claims prevention, policy development, staff education, and quality improvement while collaborating with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, pharmacists, therapists, administrators, and healthcare professionals.
