Job description

Director of Operations - Roosevelt Field

Your Role

As Senior Manager of Retail Performance and Store Operations, you will manage resources and uphold operational performance to support and maximize sales and profitability. You will enhance the customer experience to improve sales performance and bottom-line profitability. You will work on-site in the assigned store and will report to the Store General Manager.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store
  • Ensure inbound and outbound order fulfillment accuracy
  • Manage expenses to guide profitability
  • Manage non-payroll and payroll expenses including labor, scheduling, and staffing
  • Optimize resources, processes, and behaviors to maximize operational efficiency
  • Directly manage the performance of Sales Support Managers and Loss Prevention Leaders
  • Ensure store inventory accuracy and proper processes
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in luxury retail fashion
  • Proven leadership in motivating and coaching teams
  • Deep understanding of profit and loss management
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 10 pounds (certain roles)
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
