Job summary

Agape Care Group seeks a Director of Operations (RN) to lead and coordinate daily hospice operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and budget adherence. You’ll drive growth through active involvement in sales and marketing and collaborate with an engaged leadership team.

The role requires RN licensure with a BSN preferred and a track record of healthcare leadership, hospice experience, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with passion for quality care.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare management with RN in clinical settings; hospice experience preferred.
• 2 years hospice experience required; reliable transportation and physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate daily operations to meet regs, policies and budgets.
• Oversee financial success of assigned branch and drive growth via sales and marketing involvement.
• Collaborate with leadership and participate in professional development opportunities; ensure service excellence.

As a director of operations, you will plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the daily operations to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, organizational policies and procedures, and established goals/budgets. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for your assigned branch’s financial success and serve as a driving force for growth by active involvement in sales and marketing activities. Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care


• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse


• Experience: Minimum 3 years of healthcare management and supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). 2 years of hospice experience required.


• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
