Role Description

The Director of Operations – Home Health is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees daily home health operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical quality, and efficient service delivery across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and driving process improvements that support patient-centered care. The Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, coordinate with clinical leadership and referral partners, and support growth initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. This role also involves resolving operational issues, enhancing patient and family experience, and collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management skills, including oversight of home health processes, compliance, and quality improvement.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret operational, financial, and clinical data and make informed decisions.
• Proven Team Management capabilities, including staff development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control in a healthcare or home health environment.
• Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, patient satisfaction, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in home health, hospice, or post-acute care operations.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations, home health standards, and best practices in value-based care.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Compensation is based on experience - starting at 90k
