The role:

You’ll lead investigations and assessments of building envelope issues and shape repair and rehabilitation strategies, while managing project delivery, mentoring a technical team, and building client relationships and new business. This is existing-building work, not new construction design.

Requirements:

• Active architect license (RA)
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 10+ years in building consulting, forensic or building science work
• Proven team leadership, business development, and financial oversight
