Responsibilities

• Oversee all store support tasks and lead Store Management to optimize selling processes.
• Drive performance metrics such as RTV, transfer execution, credit acquisition, and fulfillment results.
• Manage P&L and controllable expenses to maximize profitability.
• Handle accounting tasks: payables, invoices, and corporate card reconciliation.
• Ensure receipts are processed, merchandise is floor-ready on receipt day, and back-of-house areas support selling floor activities.
• Control staffing levels and payroll expense; ensure proper associate coverage and executive scheduling.
• Maintain store environment: music, cleanliness, temperature.
• Coordinate with Facilities on capital projects and store maintenance.
• Build budgets and monitor operating expenses vs revenue targets.
• Liaise with Corporate IT to ensure technology/equipment function as designed.
• Support HR processes: staffing, payroll, PTO requests, unemployment claim data, and LOA administration.
• Collaborate with Asset Protection on workers' comp and return-to-work accommodations.
• Contribute to in-store Brand Ambassador Program and ad hoc responsibilities.

You will demonstrate fiscal responsibility while ensuring that the selling organization has the resources and materials to support the selling process and maximize the customer shopping experience.******WHAT YOU WILL DO:***** **Oversee all support tasks within the location and provide leadership to Store Management and associates to support the selling organization, ensuring that critical support departments are focused on activities that allow the selling process.*** **Ensure High Performance results around Operations Measurements like Return To Vendor (RTV) and Transfer execution, Credit acquisition, Fulfillment results, Operating expense, etc*** **Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) and ensure Store Controllable Expense is following the business trend to maximize profitability*** **Manage accounting tasks; bill paying, invoices, Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation*** **Ensure that merchandise is received and processed observing flow principles, that new receipts are merchandised on the floor on the day of receipt before store opening, and back of the house areas are organized and maintained to support the selling floor activities.*** **Control Staffing level and payroll expense based on business trend and support workload.
