FieldLevel, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to align team practices with the President, oversee coaching administration, and drive active recruiting efforts.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments. The position offers part-time weekly presence (three days) with travel during the spring–summer season covered by the organization.
