Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Biostatistics to lead exploratory data analyses, real-world evidence, and health economics initiatives within a late-stage oncology company focused on RAS-mutant cancers.

You will provide strategic and hands-on statistical expertise for clinical trial data and post-marketing research, including survival and causal inference modeling, while mentoring junior statisticians and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Statistics/Biostatistics required.
• 8+ years (PhD) or 12+ years (MS) biotech/pharma experience.
• Strong oncology statistics expertise, especially survival analysis and causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on statistical expertise for trial data and post-marketing research.
• Design, analyze, and interpret survival and causal inference models.
• Manage external vendor relationships and mentor junior statisticians.
• Contribute to regulatory interactions and scientific publications.
