Job summary

BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers seeks a Director of Nutrition Services to provide strategic leadership over clinical nutrition and WIC programs. You will oversee nutrition assessments, care plans, and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires RDN and CDN licensure in NY, leadership experience, and a strong track record in program management, policy development, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; master’s preferred.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and NY CDN required.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in nutrition services or public health nutrition.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all nutrition services across BMS Family Health & Wellness Centers.
• Develop and implement nutrition policies, procedures, quality standards, and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor departmental productivity, patient outcomes, and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards.
• Develop strategic goals and operational plans for nutrition services.
• Direct and oversee WIC program operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
