Qualifications

• RN licensure required, BSN/MSN preferred.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and valid Texas driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing departments and clinical services.
• Develop and manage budgets; ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care.
