HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee perioperative services. The role focuses on clinical management, staff development and coordination with physicians to drive quality improvements.

The position requires guiding teams toward evidence-based practice within a large nonprofit health system. Qualified candidates hold a BSN, with 5 years in perioperative services and at least 1 year in supervisory roles, and must maintain Arizona RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in perioperative services.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• RN license in Arizona or Compact State Licensure.
