Job summary

Tenet Healthcare’s MetroWest Medical Center - Consolidated seeks a results-driven nursing leader to support the Chief Nursing Officer, overseeing nursing practice across multi-unit operations and driving quality, safety, and staffing optimization.

Applicants should have a RN license in the state, a BSN or higher, 2 years of hospital management experience, CPR, and leadership ability in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree with bachelor’s in healthcare or a BSN.
• Experience: 2 years of progressive hospital management or charge nurse role.
• Certification/License: Active license/certification per state; CPR.
• Preferred: MSN or master’s in a healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the CNO for nursing and patient care functions.
• Oversee nursing practice across multi-unit levels and ensure high-quality care.
• Support safe and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and resource management.
• Perform other related duties as required.
