Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in an acute setting recommended.
• RN license in the state of employment and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations, budgets, and policies for facility goals.
• Organizes service delivery, allocates resources, and collaborates with departments.
• Leads quality improvement, provides direct supervision, and serves as nursing resource.
• Monitors safety, assesses care delivery, and enforces the Code of Conduct.
• Demonstrates knowledge of risk management, infection control, fall prevention.
