Job summary

AVIR Health Group seeks a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our facility’s clinical operations. The DON will be responsible for overall clinical management and for building a high-performing, family-centered care team.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas RN license, CPR certification, and has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital, SNF, or related program, with strong knowledge of long-term care regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license
• CPR certification required
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a hospital, SNF, or related health program
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register and State rules
