Hi-Desert Continuing Care Center is seeking a Director of Nursing for the day shift in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on leading nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and collaborating with the administrative team in line with state and federal standards.

A $30,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have an RN license, 5 years of nursing experience, and 2 years in nurse-manager supervision, plus CPR certification, to drive excellence in

The Director of Nursing at Hi-Desert CCC is to provide quality, timely and courteous services to all Hi-Desert Medical Center customers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in long term care, skilled nursing facility
• 5 years experience as an RN
• 2 years Supervisory experience as a nurse manager
• Current RN License
