Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor programs and practices for delivering safe, efficient, quality nursing care.
• Ensure consistent application of nursing services policies and standards across the organization.
• Monitor patient outcomes and quality and effectiveness of nursing care.
• Oversee performance of teams and address staff training and development needs.
• Advise medical staff, department heads, and administrators on nursing service matters and strategy.
