Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an active New Jersey RN license, a BSN, and at least five years of nursing experience including two in leadership roles. This on-site role partners with our executive team to ensure regulatory alignment and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Jersey
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: Oversee the nursing staff, including direction, supervision, and evaluation of performance.
• Develop and Implement: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and high-quality patient care.
