Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Nurse Leader to oversee day-to-day operations in a long-term care setting. You will drive clinical, staff, and patient experience excellence while guiding a team toward high-quality, cost-conscious care.

Qualified candidates will have an active RN license, 1+ year nurse leadership in long-term care, and at least 2 years of clinical experience, with knowledge of MDS processes and applicable regulations. On-call availability is required.

• Two years of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university with a current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.


• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.


• At least 2 years of prior clinical experience is required.


• Must have knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice act, and state/federal regulations.


• On-call availability is required.

Posted Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
