Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
• Unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 5 years of RN experience
• Previous experience managing a department
• Prior Director of Nursing or experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department and ensure residents receive an unparalleled standard of care.
• Set and attain Nursing Department goals and inspire the clinical team.

As a Director of Nursing you are the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field
• Unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
• 5 years of R.N. experience
• Previous experience managing a department
• Prior Director of Nursing or experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
