Job summary
Millennial Healthcare in Clermont is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) / Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical operations in our skilled nursing facility. The DON will provide leadership to nursing staff, ensure quality of care, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a DON role within a skilled nursing setting, holds an active RN license, and maintains current CPR certification.
