Job summary

Schervier Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Bronx, NY, is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing operations and drive quality patient care. You will supervise the nursing team, develop policies, and ensure adherence to regulations in a senior leadership role.

The ideal candidate holds an active NY RN license with a BSN (MSN preferred) and brings 5+ years of skilled nursing facility experience, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
