Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (RN).
• Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting required.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the nursing staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on resident care planning.
