Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Utica, NY is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the facility's nursing services, ensuring high-quality resident care across all shifts in a 120-bed setting.

The DON will develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, supervise all nursing staff, oversee hiring and ongoing employment, maintain staffing levels and staff competency, monitor incidents, and assess each resident's health needs.

Qualifications

• Current State RN license required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in long term care.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
