VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a Director of Nursing for the Charles B. Webster Detention Center in Augusta, GA. The role oversees nursing care in a 24-hour correctional setting and coordinates with ADON, HSA, and regional leadership to meet contract targets.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing with GA license required; board certification preferred. This on-site leadership position offers a competitive benefits package and an annual incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing School required. Bachelor’s or Master’s.
• Licensed to practice nursing in Georgia; board-certified or board-eligible.
• Correctional healthcare experience and leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Plan work for assigned units and coordinate with site, regional, and corporate leadership.
• Develop staff training and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
