Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with a hands-on management style.
• Develop, review, and revise nursing policies to ensure quality care.
• Lead staff recruitment by conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions to ensure quality care of residents.
• Monitor regulatory standards and ensure compliance with Long-Term Care regulations.
• Maintain cost controls by monitoring the use of supplies and equipment.
• Foster an atmosphere of respect, professional growth, and collaboration across departments.
