Job summary

StoneGate Senior Living in Oklahoma City, OK, seeks a Director of Nursing RN to lead nursing services and oversee resident care planning. You will hire and train facility nursing staff and ensure high-quality clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

You will work with a supportive nursing administration team and regional partners to maintain top care standards, while delivering excellent customer service and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current/valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous skilled nursing facility leadership experience with understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to recruit, mentor, develop, retain, and lead staff while maintaining respect and recognition.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Must be able to provide direct nursing care as necessary.

As the Director of Nursing RN at StoneGate Senior Living in Oklahoma City OK, you will hire and train facility nursing personnel, direct the provision of nursing services to facility residents, and oversee the development and implementation of resident care plans. We have a great nursing administration support team to include ADON’s, dedicated wound care nurse, dedicated infection control preventionist, MDS nurses, and a staffing coordinator, and weekend supervisor. There is also great regional support with regional infection control, dietician, as well as corporate clinical support and leadership.
