Job summary

Elite Recruiters, LLC is recruiting for a Director of Nursing at a Beautiful Skilled Nursing facility in Ocala, FL. The DON will lead nursing operations, ensure quality of care, manage staffing and compliance with AHCA regulations, and partner with leadership to drive patient outcomes.

Active FL RN license with BSN required; MSN or advanced degree preferred. Prior DON experience in SNF strongly preferred. This is a full-time role offering growth in a fast-paced Florida setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Nursing Management including supervision of nursing staff and oversight of clinical operations.
• Background in Long-term Care with familiarity in AHCA regulatory requirements.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Florida and a BSN; MSN or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience as Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
