Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Community Health Center (VNACJ CHC) is a federally qualified health center with four locations across Monmouth County, serving patients of all ages. We provide comprehensive, patient centered care, including preventive care, primary care, mental health counseling, prenatal care, dental services, and more. The Director of Nursing (DON) oversees the quality of care provided at Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Community Health Center (CHC) sites, in collaboration with the Medical Director. This position is full-time, in-person, with direct day-to-day oversight of two health centers. The DON partners with the Medical Assistant Supervisor for indirect oversight of the remaining two health center locations. Demonstrates a collaborative leadership style, with a focus on a team approach to providing highly reliable, patient-centered care.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $110,000 to $135,000.
