Muskego Health & Rehab in Muskego, Wisconsin seeks an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team during an exciting time of growth and a multi-million-dollar renovation.

In this full-time leadership role, you will oversee all nursing operations, recruit and develop staff, ensure compliance with regulations, advance quality outcomes, and partner with Administration to shape the future of care for residents.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• Previous nursing leadership experience.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop nursing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations within the facility.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain nursing leadership and frontline staff.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee clinical systems, policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Monitor quality measures and clinical outcomes and implement improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team.
• Prepare for and successfully manage surveys and regulatory visits.
• Manage staffing and nursing resources while maintaining high standards of care.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be visible throughout the facility
