Peaceful Pines Senior Living - Mitchell is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead nursing services in our Mitchell community, including Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will guide assessments, care planning and clinical oversight while championing dignity, comfort, and meaningful engagement for every resident.

You will build a culture of compassion, mentor staff, ensure regulatory readiness, and partner withLife Enrichment and Operations to foster connections and quality

Qualifications

  • RN license is required and must be active.
  • 2+ years of RN experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for residents-centered care and team development.

What We're Looking For:
Required
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Passion for residents‑centered care and team development
Preferred
  • Nursing leadership experience in Assisted Living
  • Memory Care experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive quality outcomes, and foster positive culture

This leadership position provides 24/7 clinical oversight and participates in an on‑call rotation to support residents, team members, and community operations when needed.

Applicants must successfully complete all required screenings, including TB testing, in accordance with state regulations.
