Job summary

Benchmark at Hanover is seeking a compassionate and caring Director of Nursing to oversee hiring, training, and management of our community care team. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated care team in a senior living community, ensuring high-quality resident care, safety, and regulatory compliance. Monday–Friday schedule with Manager on Duty rotation.

Salary: $115,000 to $120,000. This role will also serve as the liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and outside

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a care setting; assisted living/home care or hospice experience a plus.
• Knowledge of dementia care a plus.

Requirements

• Being a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a care setting; Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice setting experience a plus
• Knowledge of Dementia care a plus
