Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing leadership, with focus on long-term care or rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
