Job summary

Absolut Care of Aurora Park in East Aurora, NY is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our geriatric care team. You will lead nursing services, oversee staff scheduling and development, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver individualized care plans that enhance residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse in good standing in New York and possess strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strategic planning abilities

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing in New York State.
• Experience in leadership or nurse management preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of nursing services, including staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
• Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
