Northridge Health & Rehab in Georgia seeks a dedicated Nursing Administrator to lead the Nursing Services department. You will supervise care delivery, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Fulltime Pay: $115,900 to $133,600

Knowledge and Experience Requires broad management knowledge to lead a team within a department or unit. Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the department. Exhibits servant leadership by serving to negotiate and compromise with parties who may have conflicting objectives.

Manages a large team typically comprising of other Managers and/or experienced professionals. Typically has hiring, firing, promotion and reward authority within own area, in accordance with manager review and approval.
Manages large team which would typically consist of both experienced professionals and managers. Focuses on tactical and operational plans with short-to mid-term focus (1-2+ years). Problems faced may be difficult to moderately complex. Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures. Focus, Innovation and Complexity Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or services to enhance performance of department. Commits to the project management process. Strategically considering business case, resource investment, change management, and implementation elements at all stages of projects when a part of a project team. Communicates within and outside of the System, including partners, customers, or vendors.
A RN nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Responsible for the supervision of the Nursing Services department.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram format. The ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
