ALIYA Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the nursing team at one of our skilled nursing facilities. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating care plans, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in nursing leadership, an active RN license, and strong budgeting and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a nursing setting.
• Current RN license and/or certification in a relevant specialty.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities
