The Director of Nursing (DON) provides strategic and operational leadership for nursing services across Infinite Recovery’s Cedar Park and Buda facilities. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high‑quality, and compliant care within residential, detox and outpatient settings. The DON leads all nursing personnel, oversees training and performance management, ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance, and collaborates with the COO and Medical Director to maintain excellence.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and ability to chart on an electronic medical records system.
