Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Health & Wellness Director to lead clinical operations at our Bourbonnais branch. You will partner with the site director to ensure high-quality resident care and a thriving culture, while guiding regulatory adherence and care standards.

The role requires an RN license, CPR/First Aid certificates, and strong communication and organizational skills. Join a team dedicated to compassionate caregiving and professional growth in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Willing to participate in additional state-specific trainings.

Responsabilités

• Works with caregivers to ensure assisted living principles and Bickford culture are integrated into resident care.
• Develop and participate in the on-call schedule to support clinical needs after hours.
• Maintain regulatory compliance across branch operations.
• Communicate proactively with residents and families to enhance engagement.
• Oversees and manages staff who administer resident medications per physician orders.
• Coordinate health care services with external care providers and physicians to meet resident needs.
• Manage partnerships with local vendors to ensure quality external care services.
