We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and hands-on Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and help us deliver exceptional care to our residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader who wants to make a real difference while working with a supportive leadership team. We value strong clinical judgment, teamwork, accountability, and a genuine commitment to resident-centered care.
As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department and provide clinical leadership to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.
You will work closely with the Administrator, Medical Director, nursing team, residents, families, and interdisciplinary departments to maintain excellent clinical standards and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a leader who can support their team, solve problems, communicate effectively, and lead by example.
DON experience is preferred, but strong RN leaders with ADON, Unit Manager, Clinical Manager, or similar SNF leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
