The Nursing Director of Behavioral Health Services will lead education, training, orientation, and retention of nursing staff and drive quality initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current South Carolina Nursing License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 5 years healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience.

Responsibilities

Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN Program. Master’s degree in Nursing preferred. Will consider candidate with a BSN if working towards a MSN. A specialization in behavioral health; behavioral health experience can be substituted for specialization within masters degree.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years healthcare experience, nursing preferred. Minimum of 5 years management preferred.

License or Registration Requirements: Current South Carolina Nursing License: Current CPR certification.
