Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with clinic navigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure team functions align with program goals.

Skills

Knowledge of patient navigation principles

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Registered Nurse preferred
