Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the milling team.
  • Oversee milling operations including scheduling, production planning, and equipment maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve milling processes and enhance product quality.
  • Develop and manage budgets for milling operations and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor milling personnel to develop a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure safety regulations are followed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on milling operations and project updates.
