Job summary

Recipharm seeks an experienced Director of Manufacturing in Watertown, MA to lead and optimize cGMP operations for clinical and commercial production, including aseptic fill/finish, plasmid, and LNP manufacturing.

You will build a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing campaigns and tech transfers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and manufacturing best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational performance.
• Experience managing complex manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to support clinical and commercial operations.
• Lead day-to-day cGMP manufacturing activities to meet schedules and goals.
• Build and develop a high-performing manufacturing workforce with training and coaching.
• Drive training programs to keep personnel qualified for cGMP operations.
• Oversee documentation, deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership during scale-up, tech transfers, and validation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Analytical Development, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Tech Transfer.
