Following significant growth, it is increasing production volumes, developing new facilities and investing heavily in its people, processes and manufacturing capabilities.
In this position, you will take leadership responsibility for one or potentially two manufacturing divisions, overseeing existing Production Managers and Team Leads. You will improve production flow, develop leadership capability, influence plant layouts and recommend capital-equipment investments.
Depending on your experience, you may lead a single division or oversee two Philadelphia facilities employing approximately 160 people. The role will involve significant transformation, facility expansion, continuous improvement and the development of existing manufacturing teams.
