Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Director Client Services, Managed Care to lead client relationships, program performance, and strategic guidance for major accounts. You will coordinate across networks, utilization, and vendor partners to deliver measurable value and drive client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes executive reporting, program insights, and opportunities to improve outcomes while maintaining a focus on service excellence and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional designations preferred.
• Ten years related experience; two years account management or five years adjuster/managed care experience.
• Residence in Central or Eastern time zones a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary managed care advisor and point of contact for assigned clients.
• Lead stewardship meetings, business reviews, strategic discussions, and follow-up action planning.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, program insights, recommendations, and value narratives.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes, reduce costs, strengthen program utilization and client retention.
