Catholic Charities Worcester County is seeking a Manager of Maintenance & Working Program to join our team. The role oversees facilities operations, repairs, and construction projects while leading the agency’s Work Program for participants in Crozier House.
You will supervise staff, train participants, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with leadership, vendors, and contractors on space planning, renovations, and closures. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.
The Facilities and Work Program Manager is responsible for the oversight, administration, and maintenance of all Catholic Charities properties, including facility operations, repairs, and all phases of construction projects. This role also leads the agency’s Work Program, which provides job skills training and work experience for participants in our Crozier House residential substance abuse treatment program.
This position ensures that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained, while also offering meaningful supervision, mentorship, and instruction to Work Program participants. The role collaborates with internal leadership, vendors, and contractors to manage space utilization, plan renovations, support expansions, and oversee facility closures as needed.
This is a full‑time, salaried position. The expected pay range is $65,000 to $68,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Eligible for all agency benefits listed below.
