HMR Veteran's Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department and ensure safe, compliant operations across the facility. This role requires directing staff, coordinating maintenance programs, and upholding standards for a secure work environment.

The position offers full-time hours with varied shifts, and opportunities for career growth within a mission-driven team serving the nation’s heroes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a maintenance/plant setting.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct theMaintenance Department to meet federal, state and local standards and ensure a safe, comfortable facility.

Key Qualifications:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must have, as a minimum, 3 year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance/plant related position.
• Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

• To plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator to assure that the facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
